What to expect after you apply

Leona Group Schools is built upon meaningful, relevant relationships.

Take the first step in establishing a relationship by completing the online application.

It's fast, easy, and opens the door for an in-person conversation.

Application Submission & Review (0-2 Days)

Once your application is submitted, our hiring team will begin an initial review. All applications start as a "quick apply." If you are selected to move forward to an in-person interview, you will be asked to complete the full application at that time.

The review process may take up to two days depending on application volume.

Phone Screening (1-2 Days)

If selected to advance, you will receive an email with a scheduling link for a brief phone conversation. This call provides an opportunity to confirm key details such as school location, job expectations, and relevant experience.

If you are not selected to move forward, you will be notified by email and encouraged to consider future opportunities with our organization.

First Interview (1-3 Days) Timing may vary based on scheduling availability.

Selected candidates are invited to a first interview, typically in person, with the hiring team. Participants may include the School Leader, team members in similar roles, or the position's direct supervisor.

Second Interview (1-3 Days) Timing may vary based on scheduling availability.

Selected candidates are invited to a second interview with the hiring team. Participants may include the School Leader, role-aligned staff, or the direct supervisor.

Pre-hire and Onboarding (1-4 Days)

Candidates who are offered a position with Leona Group Schools can expect the following guided steps as we work alongside them to ensure a smooth and supportive pre-hire and onboarding experience.

Employer Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reference checks
  • Verify credentials and required documentation
  • Prepare and send the official offer letter

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Review and sign the offer letter before the listed deadline
  • Submit all required credential documentation
  • Assist with reference checks as needed
  • Complete onboarding forms sent via Paycom
